How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n To validly exercise this right, the customer must submit a written declaration of withdrawal to ARMENIAKOS within the 10-day period.<\/p>\n The notification may be sent:<\/p>\n The withdrawal becomes valid only if it is submitted within the legal deadline.<\/p>\n Products Excluded from Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:<\/p>\n A large part of the ARMENIAKOS collection may fall under these categories. Customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Service for clarification before placing a customized order.<\/p>\n Conditions for Accepting Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n Any product returned under the right of withdrawal must:<\/p>\n Returns must always be approved in advance<\/strong> by ARMENIAKOS Customer Service.<\/p>\n Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n Return Shipment<\/strong><\/p>\n Once the withdrawal has been accepted by ARMENIAKOS, the customer must send the products to the address provided by Customer Service.<\/p>\n Inspection of Returned Products<\/strong><\/p>\n Upon receipt, ARMENIAKOS will inspect the products to verify their condition.<\/p>\n If the returned item is found damaged or not in its original condition, ARMENIAKOS will inform the customer, and the withdrawal request may be rejected.<\/p>\n If the damage occurred during transport, the customer will be notified within 5 business days so that he may file a claim with the carrier.<\/p>\n Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n If all requirements are met, ARMENIAKOS will refund the full amount paid by the customer within 30 days from the date the returned products are received and checked.<\/p>\n Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is mutually agreed upon.
