Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Greek Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994, as amended) and the EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the products without penalty and without providing justification, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the day the products are received.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To validly exercise this right, the customer must submit a written declaration of withdrawal to ARMENIAKOS within the 10-day period.

The notification may be sent:

• By registered mail to the official company address, or
• By email, provided that the customer receives written confirmation of receipt from ARMENIAKOS.

The withdrawal becomes valid only if it is submitted within the legal deadline.

Products Excluded from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

• Made to order,
• Manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, or
• Clearly personalized.

A large part of the ARMENIAKOS collection may fall under these categories. Customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Service for clarification before placing a customized order.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

Any product returned under the right of withdrawal must:

• Be unused and free from any damage,
• Be clean and in perfect condition,
• Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and protective materials.

Returns must always be approved in advance by ARMENIAKOS Customer Service.

Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

Return Shipment

Once the withdrawal has been accepted by ARMENIAKOS, the customer must send the products to the address provided by Customer Service.

• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
• The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return shipping. ARMENIAKOS cannot be held liable for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured parcels.

Inspection of Returned Products

Upon receipt, ARMENIAKOS will inspect the products to verify their condition.

If the returned item is found damaged or not in its original condition, ARMENIAKOS will inform the customer, and the withdrawal request may be rejected.

If the damage occurred during transport, the customer will be notified within 5 business days so that he may file a claim with the carrier.

Refunds

If all requirements are met, ARMENIAKOS will refund the full amount paid by the customer within 30 days from the date the returned products are received and checked.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is mutually agreed upon.
For bank transfers, the customer must provide accurate bank account details.

Customer Responsibility

During the withdrawal period, the customer is legally considered the custodian of the product and is liable for any reduction in its value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function.

If the product suffers damage or deterioration while in the customer’s possession, the right of withdrawal may be invalidated.
