The data controller, of the online store www.armeniakos.gr is the company under the name “ARMENIAKOS DIONISIOS KAI SIA OE”, and VAT number 099327532, with mailing address: Apsithias 5 Acharnes, 136 77 and email address: info@armeniakos.gr, which also has the role of Seller. The personal data processing rules regulate the basic principles of collecting, processing, and storing personal data, on which the data controller relies when processing the Customer’s (visitor/registered user/buyer) personal data.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), any specific national and European legislation for certain sectors, the applicable Greek legislation for the protection of personal data, as well as for the protection of personal data and privacy in the field of electronic communications (Law 3471/2006, as currently in force) and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).

Transparency Obligation

The Customer has the right to access their personal data, as well as the right to correct or delete incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate personal data via email (info@armeniakos.gr) or by calling +30 210 2405270. In this case, the Seller must immediately implement the Customer’s request (within 3-4 days). If the Customer feels dissatisfied with the response, they are informed that they have the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority (Hellenic Data Protection Authority, www.dpa.gr, Kifisias 1-3, P.C.: 11523, Athens).

Changes to the Rules

The data controller has the right to partially or completely replace the Rules by notifying them on the online store www.armeniakos.gr. Additions or modifications to the Rules come into effect from the date of their publication, i.e., from the day they appear in the online store www.armeniakos.gr . If the Customer disagrees with the new version of the Rules, they have the right to refuse it in writing. If the Customer continues to use the services provided by the online store after the addition or modification of the Rules, the Customer is considered to accept the new version of the Rules.

Presentation and Transmission of Information

All notices regarding the processing of personal data are provided to the data controller via email (info@armeniakos.gr). The response is provided by the data controller in the same form as the message or claim that the Customer has received.
