Tulla is a collection of lounge chairs designed by Studio Pastina. Its name evokes the idea of peace, taking shape in a seat conceived to slow the pace of everyday life and transform comfort into a genuine sense of well-being. Asymmetry is the guiding principle behind the design. The seat, backrest and armrests interact through independent volumes, creating a composition that is both dynamic and harmonious. Offset lines and soft shapes define a contemporary presence that is distinctive yet welcoming. The generously upholstered seat provides enveloping comfort, while the base, available in different configurations, allows the collection to adapt naturally to residential, hospitality and contract environments. A project that transforms the idea of peace into an experience of comfort, where asymmetry becomes harmony and design encourages a more natural way of experiencing space.

  • Meet the Designer

    After numerous collaborations with renowned architecture and design studios, they founded Studio Pastina in 2012.

    The studio collaborates with companies, private clients, and galleries, always applying its own personal design vision and working on a wide range of projects, from product design to interior design.

    In 2013, the Pastina Italian Goodies collection was born within the studio, resulting in the small-scale production of objects and furniture accessories.

    Studio Pastina received a nomination for the 2020 German Design Award and was invited to participate in the DDP Design Fair in Seoul. The studio was also selected among the winners of the 2016 Ambiente – Young Design Talent Award and for the 2017 edition of Salone Satellite.

    The studio’s work has been exhibited at Maxxi, Salone del Mobile, Ambiente, La Biennale di Venezia, and many similar events, and is regularly featured in leading national and international design magazines.
